Our coaches are recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the leading professional organization of coaches worldwide. They formally trained with ICF-accredited Schools for Coaches ---



and undertook extensive fieldwork and research to complement their classroom coach training. Such preparation and exposure equips them with the coaching knowledge, skills and orientation to handle multi-cultural clients with diverse needs.

To supplement our coaching and training staff, our select Consultants on Call come from varied fields of specialization, including banking, manufacturing, business and the arts. These consultants work with our coaches and trainers to ensure that business results are achieved through the coaching process.
