The three-day workshop examines the functions and paradigms that enhance or hamper leadership effectiveness and includes modules on self-awareness, productive workplace relationships, communication, building teams, problem-solving, direction setting and managing results. Participants will learn valuable tools and techniques in growing individuals and teams as well as in creating a working environment conducive to building a highly engaged, inspired and motivated workforce.
