Adam Bautista is a passionate trainer and coach. He is a bona fide member of the International Coach Federation and an accredited Coach Trainer by the International Coach Federation-Philippines Chapter.

He designs and conducts management, employee and team development programs such as Coaching, Supervision, Leadership, Customer Service, Work Values, Teambuilding, Trainer’s Training, Creativity, and Change Management.

Adam has trained over a thousand executives, managers, supervisors, customer-facing employees and teams of giant corporations including ABS-CBN, ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC), Nestle, San Miguel Corporation, San Miguel Packaging Products, Philam Life, Pioneer Life, Philips Semiconductors (now NXP), Monde Nissin (Philippines & Thailand), Philip Morris, AVON Phils. Manufacturing Inc, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Standard Chartered Bank, Purefoods Hormel, Directories Philippines Corporation (DPC), and Guess USA.

Adam also served as a consultant for the nationwide implementation of Nestle’s Wellness Program, and was the pioneering facilitator of the workshops that formally launched the said global initiative.
