Bebe Chaves has a solid 30-year experience in the field of Human Resources, the last 15 years of which was spent in increasing leadership roles and responsibilities as head of Human Resources. In this role, she also acted as internal coach and mentor -- working in partnership with highly diverse teams of senior executives and helping them realize their full potentials.

Bebe's extensive strategic and hands-on HR exposure acquired from both global and local business environment and her commitment in building a sustainable coaching culture make her the ideal executive and business coach in the areas of Organization and Change, Leadership Development, Performance Management and Work-Life Harmony.

Bebe headed the Human Resources group and was a member of the senior leadership team of : Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc, KFC Philippines, Mercury Group of Companies, Philip Morris Philippines, Inc, Unilever Philippines, Inc. and Warner Lambert Philippines, Inc. A trained professional coach, Bebe is currently engaged in Executive Coaching and HR Consulting.

Outside her professional work, Bebe continues to enjoy her life's passion for travel, books, music and theater.
