Divina Cavestany is a senior consultant seasoned by extensive theater experience coinciding with 25 years of corporate work that encompass training and development as well as corporate communication. She worked with several banks and has been involved in a number of critical organizational transitions such as rehabilitation, cultural integration, and takeover.

She introduced theater games as unique handles for corporate training in the Philippine National Bank training curriculum in 1992 and has since used these to create fun and powerful learning activities for adult learners.

For Benchmark, Divina designs, delivers and evaluates training programs on Coaching, Business Writing, Writing for Company Publications, Teambuilding, Leadership and Supervisory Skills Development, Personal Effectiveness and Customer Service. She has facilitated such programs for ABS-CBN, Nestle, PNB, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, AVON, Citihomes, American Wire, Coca-Cola Philippines and Guess USA, among other organizations.
