Julius C. Ordoñez has more than 16 years of solid experience in the areas of organizational, leadership and team development, executive coaching, management consulting, business management, mentoring and writing.

He is the first and the only executive coach in the Philippines to attain the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the global authority of professional coaching based in the US.

Julius is an emerging global leader in the field of professional coaching. He is currently an executive committee member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC) with headquarters in Singapore and chairs one of its key initiatives – Peer Group Coaching. He trains and develops coaches from around the world and mentors them to get an ICF credential. He founded the International Coach Federation-Philippines Chapter. His personal vision is to help people make coaching a way of life.

Julius leads Benchmark Consulting in enabling client individuals, teams and organizations to realize their extraordinary power to transform themselves and achieve higher levels of excellence through Benchmark’s training, coaching and consulting solutions. He has personally trained, coached and mentored culturally diverse individuals ranging from company Presidents to customer-facing employees and teams of prestigious corporations, many of whom are #1 in their industries, both in Asia and the United States.

As an executive coach, he works with executives (C-level position, directors and department heads) who either want to seek more meaning and fulfilment in what they do, gain more awareness of their hidden potentials, stretch their capabilities, sharpen their capacity to lead and grow people, build agile teams, manage change, improve organizational effectiveness or achieve work-life balance and integration. Julius has the outstanding ability to challenge individuals to go beyond their limits, to explore unexplored territories and to achieve peak performance based on their internal possibilities. He is able to combine his masterful people development skills and life skills to bring about transformation in his clients and move them to real action.

Julius studied Management Consulting at the New York University, completed an extensive 3-year, Business Coaching Essentials and Advanced Corporate Coaching Program at the Corporate Coach University, USA and took Life Coaching courses at the Coach Training Institute (CTI), USA. He has consistently represented the Philippines to the ICF Conference, an annual educational gathering of ICF-accredited executive coaches, life and business coaches worldwide.
