Linda Hearne is the managing partner of Benchmark International and the president and founder of High-Impact-Coaching, both in California USA. She has a wealth of corporate experience having held key positions in sales, marketing, project management, training, organization development and operations in various industries including high tech, biotech, pharmaceuticals, consulting, manufacturing, training, engineering and finance. She had worked for international organizations like the United Nations and the Swedish International Development Authority and with Fortune 500 Companies such as the American Honda Motor Company and Genentech.

Multi-faceted and multi lingual, Linda has lived in Asia, Africa and Europe. Her extensive corporate background and deep cultural understanding come into play in designing and facilitating customized workshops covering a broad range of topics for a diverse group of for-profit and non-profit clients. In running programs, she draws upon a rich instructional design and classroom experience as a teacher and trainer for a variety of businesses, organizations and universities worldwide.

Linda is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a credential awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF) to proven coaches who demonstrate high level of professional standards and coaching competence, strictly abide by a strong code of ethics, and seriously take on-going professional development. She has coached hundreds of executives and senior managers and helped multi-cultural teams turn their culture diversity into strength.

Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in University of California, Berkeley and completed her graduate studies in John Hopkins University. She is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CCPC) by Coach Training Institute and is trained to administer several assessment tools, one of which is the MBTI.
