Benchmark’s Leadership and Management Development (LMD) program is especially designed to boost the competence and maximize the potentials of managers and supervisors, gearing them up for their challenging roles. The three-day workshop examines the functions and paradigms that enhance or hamper leadership effectiveness and includes modules on self-awareness, productive workplace relationships, communication, building teams, problem-solving, direction setting and managing results.
